MVPS

WHAT ARE MVPs?

Our MVPs are a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively making a difference with them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on the First Impressions Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on an L3 Kids Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Worship Arts team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Life Group—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.


AREAS OF SERVICE


ASSIMILATION TEAM Our Assimilation team helps every person to find their place in the L3 family. They are the bridge that connects people to their purpose and helps them take the next step into what God has for them. This team is in charge of our Discover Track and connecting people with opportunities at L3.
Experience Team (FIRST IMPRESSIONS & USHERS) Our Experience team brings a personal touch to our worship experiences by hosting in the lobby, at coffee stations and in the auditorium. Our Experience team comes from the combined effort of the First Impressions team, the L3 Cafe team, the Ushers team, and the Security team.

  • The First Impressions team help our guests and church family feel valued and at home.

  • The L3 Cafe team ensures that all our guests are served with coffee, breakfast items, and a warm smile.
  • Our Ushers team assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.
  • Our Security team works hard to maintain a safe and secure environment for you and your family.
LIFE GROUP FACILITATOR Our Life Groups are possible because of our Life Group Facilitators. They work hard to give people a chance to connect in relationship, learn, and grow together. As a Life Group Facilitator you can lead a group, co-lead a group, or host one in your home during a semester (Spring, Summer, or Fall).
MINISTRY TEAM Our Ministry team act as the hands and feet of Jesus by being a prayer support to those attending our worship experiences. They encourage, share God’s heart, see miracles happen in front of them, and listen to the Holy Spirit to share God’s heart for every individual.
NEXT GEN TEAM (L3 KIDS) Our Next Gen. team impact the next generation and pour out God’s love into each of their hearts. Our L3 Next Gen. team includes the efforts of the following teams:

  • ONE Tots (0-4 yrs)

  • ONE Kids (K-5th)

  • Our Kids Check-in team ensures your kids are checked in securely and that every family feels welcome.

  • Requirements: Background check
WORSHIP ARTS TEAM Our Worship Arts team helps to connect people with God’s heart by facilitating worship experiences that point people to Jesus. The Worship Arts family includes:

  • Music: Vocals, instruments

  • Production: audio engineering, media, camera, lighting

  • Creative: acting, video and photography
